Shipping and Returns
Shipping to PO boxes and APO addresses
  We currently are unable to ship to PO boxes or APO  addresses. Please supply a physical mailing address when filling out your shipping information.
What are my shipping options?
  Green Valley Christmas Tree ® offers three different options for shipping:

  • FedEx Ground/Home Delivery Shipping, available to all orders shipped to the continental United States

  • FedEx 2-Day Air, available to all orders shipped in the continental United States

When will my product arrive?
 

If you select our FREE FedEx Ground/Home Delivery shipping service, your product should arrive between an estimated 3 and 6 business days after you place your order. Delivery time will vary based on the shipping option you choose, your location, and the products you ordered. We regret we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date for your order, as FedEx Ground/Home Delivery service times are dependent on the weather and their overall package volume during the busy holiday period. However, we will provide you with a tracking number approximately 24 hours after your order ships and you will be able to track your tree as it makes its way to you via FedEx! Please refer to the following maps to determine your delivery time. Fraser Fir products will ship from North Carolina, and Noble Fir products will ship from Oregon.

The order cutoff time is 11:59pm Eastern. Orders placed before 11:59pm Eastern Saturday through Wednesday will be eligible to ship the two days later (Monday through Friday). For example, if you order by 11:59pm on Tuesday, you may select Thursday as your earliest ship date.




Where do you ship to?
  At this time we ship to the continental United States.  We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii at this time.
How much is my shipping?
  Green Valley Christmas Trees ® is happy to notify you that we are currently running a free shipping promotion.  Free shipping applies to all orders using FedEx Ground shipping.
How do I return my product?
 

We stand behind the quality of our Christmas trees and wreaths. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your product, please either email customer service at service@greenvalleychristmastrees.com or call customer service at 888-48-TREES (888-488-7337). While we do not typically accept returns, we are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your products, and we will work with you to resolve any issues you may encounter.

What do I do if I received the wrong product?
  If you feel that you have received the wrong product, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.  You can reach customer service via email at service@greenvalleychristmastrees.com or phone at 888-48-TREES (888-488-7337).

What if I haven't received my order?
  If you have not received your order, please check your order status by clicking on the "My Account" link in the upper right side of our site.  If there is a “Package Tracking Number” please check your order tracking status with FedEx.  If FedEx indicates that your order was delivered, please contact customer service via email at service@greenvalleychristmastrees.com or phone at 888-48-TREES (888-488-7337).
